>>6177954Post the listing you ordered from. There should be a "Estimated to ship out X" subtitle or whatever in the listing from the original seller.
Are you ordering stuff yourself or are you going through a middleman? Cause if you're going through a middleman, I can't help you with that.
Here's a link to the smaller
D.Va store entry I bought from:
https://world.taobao.com/item/544107939489.htm?fromSite=main&spm=a1z09.8149145.0.0.1rfreX&_u=c2u36kv1fe18This seller has free shipping to the Taobao consolidated warehouse, so that's a plus.
If you're buying things through Taobao yourself and not through an agent, there are a few more steps involved buying from Taobao than say... Amazon, so that's what you might be running into trouble with. Taobao requires that you keep on top of your order, you can't just buy and forget. You'll only end up incurring more charges that way if you go above the 20 day warehouse policy.
First, you put in the order and pay the seller, choosing Taobao consolidated shipping and the consolidated shipping warehouse you want to use. They all ship to the US or other countries via various means depending on which, so choose to your preference of shipping method. The default choice goes to JCEX warehouse which ships via UPS, for example.
Once the item you ordered arrives at the warehouse, the button on your logistics tab will change to show "pay for trans" or whatever. Clicking that button will take you to the warehouse screen that lets you tick off what items you want shipped.
Once you're done with that and you pay for your shipping method, the warehouse ties everything together and ships it out via the shipping method they use. It's this trip that gets the items to your house.
Essentially, there are two legs to the journey that you need to initiate yourself. Seriously read that guide I linked above, as it will help lots.
If you're more of a visual learner, there are tons of youtube videos on how to buy shit on taobao on youtube
