For Scourge, the issue is literally just that the neck connector is just a loosely sitting part in the neck so the connector itself shakes around. Literally just put a drop of super glue in there to glue it down and it's rock solid, just be careful not to make a mess of it.
For Highbrow, the issue is that the connector is too deep so when the head is clipped it it's not secured against anything, it just jiggles loosely in the clips (or that's at least what I think). What everyone does is get a tiny piece of paper/tissue and fold it into a little square pad for the head to rest on and it works perfectly.
