An appearance in any type of show could boost his popularity and maybe result in a cool toy in the future, but he has the terrible fate of being a pre-war character so I fear he is doomed to never appear again and be fogotten. Devastation would have been a chance with the sequel/DLC they had planned with him but this was cancelled too, fml.
