They really try to prevent people from being able to buy these sets here after they could not stop it on Aliexpress.
But in Germany, Aliexpress, the whole "ordering online" (especially from china) or even "having a credit card" is something older people are still very sceptical about. So having actual stores in Germany selling these sets is important to establish them here.
