I would just go ahead and get the Figuarts/Darts Blastoise if you really want a Blastoise It would ideally be a bit bigger, but it really is a nice figure and maybe the only one that is worth the premium price (Mewtwo is pretty good as well). The cheap American Venusaur mogs the figuarts and Charizard is better too, but I don't see them making a better Blastoise. The odds of them coming out that looks just as good with having better size is just extremely low. It's also still "gettable" in the sense that it hasn't doubled in price.
