Thats why figures that are smaller can cost more than figures that are larger. Good example: Hell Chaos (Right) and The Living Kingdom (Left).
Hell chaos is a single gigantic piece, relatively simple paint. 130 bucks.
Living Kingdom is multiple pieces, still large but not as large, and has a fairly complex paint scheme: 350 bucks. Every part adds cost, which is why a lot of indie makers have very simple articulation and smaller sculpts. Two part sculpts or four part sculpts are quite common for this reason while something like King Korpse who is made from like a dozen or more pieces is very pricey.
