I assume there's some other anon's here who have health problems and I wouldn't mind some suggestions or general support on this.
I'm sure like many with health problems they use this hobby as a distraction and to find their feet again in rough times. I have a condition that comes in cycles and is never quite the same each cycle. The core remains unchanged but what pushes towards the painful side of things shifts. This cycle I feel sick if I move much beyond my thumbs. I tried to prime a model earlier with a spray can and that was an immediate red flag and stop. I can get five maybe ten minutes of painting if I'm careful but it's not like that's enough to clear the head space hobby time usually does.
I'm used to working at a slower pace and being unable to keep up with people in good health. I've come to terms with that long ago, this is a personal vendetta. I need my hobby time to unwind and I get more wond up because I can't do that. Any other anon's been in the same situation and found a way that settled the mind a bit? Even making a little progress on a build so I wasn't stuck where I am would be rewarding at least.
