I mean, look at pic. The pants are full of baggy wrinkles on the McFarlane, while the Figma looks more like tight sweatpants. There's more cloth textures on the McFarlane and the Figma face looks like a cartoon.
Soft sculpt all around. Only the paint is slightly better done on the Figma.
