Generally if it's in backorder you'll be waiting a long while for stuff to come back in stock. For example, I had a Live Concert Zaku Warrior HG ordered when it was in backorder for like a year and a half. And compared to most companies Bandai's model kit division is good at doing restocks.
It's very likely you will be waiting a very long time for whatever it is to come back into stock. You could always try looking at Mandarake to see if they have it in stock though, you stand a much better chance there instead of HLJ.
