Something like pic-related costs double the price of one of the human figures on Pocket in Action Club and quadruple the price on Big Bad Toy Store. And Joy Toy's Infinity stuff and Battle For The Stars figures are 15 to 20 bucks more expensive.
David's main customer base unfortunately doesn't care about the humans, you can see it from this thread and from the purchases in the crowdfund so having $40-50 humans with neat little bits of flare just isn't a good financial decision at least not unless David wants to put more effort into courting people who collect 1:18 toys.
