To refresh your memory on the point of contention: Yamaguchi supervises almost every single Revoltech that is made and gives his input on them. Aka, he had to approve the tiny head on Gwen and told the guy who did sculpted it how to do it. Sure, these last bits are unprovable, but it lines up with his own sculpts.... you know, like how animators all imitate the official model sheets so nothing looks out of place? Aka, it matches Yamaguchi's style. It's almost like they did it on purpose.
This has nothing to do with deciding which licenses are bought and deciding which lines are produced/cancelled based on sales/surveys which you say the CEO does.
