-Inside the hole in part C there is a buildup of paint that generally isn't very visible. I clean mine there (after soaking in water and/or thinner) with a wooden toothpick. Tends to fix it if there is any. Soft cotton buds will do also, but generally they're too big.
-Inside the actual nozzle (part A) I get a buildup of paint also. Use an old soda bottle cap or something and fill that with thinner and leave the nozzle in there. You'll see thinned paint blobs float around in there after a little bit.
-The actual needle may have a buildup of paint in unseen areas that clog up between the paint cup and the nozzle. Take it all the way out get some thinner on it and polish it a little bit with a cloth. This is usually a problem if you spray clearcoats with your airbrush - you won't be able to see that the needle has thickened.
-There might be lumps of paint inside the airholes in part E. This is hard to clean, I suggest you do the bottle cap trick for this also.
-Finally, take the large O-ring (X) from your paint cup out and clean the whole area behind it. It may interfere with flow but is not likely to cause the problem.
