for me it'd have to be:

Pohatu / Lewa (best function and most unique build vs my favorite mask and weapon)

Gali (she's the only one I like more than the Mata counterpart)

idk, they all suck and are basically identical

not a fan of the wave, but I guess Nuparu?? I like the claws, though his mask is a bit ridiculous

Matoro or Jaller. Matoro for his non-standard build and slightly creepy aesthetic, Jaller I think just looks good and the pet crab is cute.

Lewa. The sword is a really cool piece, I also like his mask. The only one I actually own is Pohatu and I'm really not a fan of the color scheme and mask.

Uhhh, I guess Tahu looks the least goofy? Sure doesn't look anything like Tahu though...

Gali. I like pretty much everything about her, including that they actually managed to make her look a bit feminine somehow. It's a tough choice though, cause I really like most of the others as well, might be my favorite wave after Mata.

I think it's Gali again. I like her color scheme a lot and the weapon is pretty cool as well.
