So that during her lowest moment in the film where she gets arrested, and goes mad she leans to hate them, and this sparks the idea to murder not just one, but 101 Dalmatians so she can be fashionable while wearing the blood of her enemies. Basically this film rips off Hitler's story. Hitler wanted to get into a super elite art school, but the people who ran it were Jewish, and selected a Jewish kid instead of Hitler. When Hitler took to the streets to protest against "Da Jooowws" he was arrested, and it was in jail that he wrote a book that explained how he would get revenge by mixing lies with the truth to make everything he said sound legit. At least that's what the story of Hitler my Jewish teacher told me about him in High School.
