Kakashi spent at least twice as long in his standard look compared to the 4th war version and Nauro barely ever wears a backpack. As far as shippuden Sasuke, they did make the version that fought Itachi in the original line and I wouldn't be surprised to see a 2.0 a bit further along. Same with kid Sasuke in the black suit when they start going heavier on pre-shippuden since that's a popular look.
