This is kind of weird
There are a lot of holes on the plastic tray. Usually those are for the plastic ties. But there is no tie to be found besides a cut one that also fallen out of the box.
They taped the top cover (so the toy is clearly not second hand) but the box is clearly double taped on the side- somebody open the package before.
Looking at the japanese unboxing , they have the same box condition too.
Did TT actually reopen the figure after completion and did something extra to it?
