Released as a P-Bandai exclusive in 2016, based off of the GM Kai from '02, with a bunch of runners from the Gundam Mk-II since it has its bazooka. Articulation looks more or less fine, but it wasn't as technically robust as its contemporaries.
Also shit was only 3000 yen, so it was fairly cheap. At least for the Japanese, since baka gaijin have to deal with middlemen or the aftermarket.
