The BA torso wasn't too hard to get open, though it still left a slightly gappy seam when I put it together that I could not figure out. The 20th torso though I had to cut apart because it wouldn't cooperate. I also had to trim back the inner discs on the arms to fit the shoulder slots because Mattel does not believe in standardized part sizes across bodies.
