>>9627911Don't hesitate to ask ! The figure feels pretty sturdy, even though I would obviously advise to be careful with the smokestacks. The head is only one piece compared to the regular anime head with the separated antennae (which do feel fragile, on the regular version), so I would say not to worry too much about the EX version.
I don't find the transformation to be too much of an hassle, even though I don't do it too regularly since it can be on the lengthy
side.It can be a little tedious to get the doors situated properly to clear the grill when going to robot mode, and like most of the time the transformation back to truck mode is longer in comparison, but I always feel like newage have a good understanding of what makes a transformation fun, or at least clever. Each part has a specific movement and once you've done it once or twice, it will be a breeze (I was very careful since even with the sturdy paint they use, I didn't want to scratch it).
Also, for the mushroom peg, it's the one in pic related inside the matrix chamber. if you feel like the sides of the figure (the blocks on each side of the grill) won't sit properly and your chest is tilted in a weird way, you just need to untransform the figure, and push the matrix chamber/truck bumper piece back in the mushroom peg from the other side of the chamber.
