There's a Hasegawa Su-35 prototype kit, but that's the (canardless) Russian 00's thing instead of the USSR eighties-nineties one. Closest thing in overall shape would probably to get a Su-33 kit (so single seat and canards). Zvezda's 2016 tooling is supposedly really good, reboxed by Academy and Revell. Trumpeter also has a tooling (I've built their regular Su-27B, an entirely ok kit) as does Hasegawa.
