The stores around me all close on the 30th, so they're going up 10% every day next week. 10% Monday and 50% Friday. Saturday they are supposedly handing it over to the liquidator who will blow out the furniture and anything else remaining, or so I've been informed. That's how I remember Circuit City, Mervyn's and Radioshack closing too. When I went in last Friday things seemed mostly normal but mobbed, there were lines for everything but people weren't ripping each other apart. It kind of reminded me of a reception before a funeral.
