Shipwreck gets captured and wakes in a hospital after a head injury. He's in this Truman Show style island where he has a wife and kid and the place is run by cobra. He's living a normal life until he finds out the place is a farce and ran by Cobra, all of the people on the island are some weird type of cloned mud people that cobra made. The sad thing is that he is actually happy enjoying his life and loves his wife and daughter. At the end he's begging for his daughter to be real and she just melts into a pile of goop.
