This is a known issue with the reissue of SHF ROTJ Luke. It's only the left hand too, for some odd reason. I have the reissue as well, I can tell the left hand is fragile as hell. It feels like the plastic itself is way softer than the other pegs for some reason. I swapped hands twice, and almost broke it my second time.. at least it felt that way. It was gummy it was hard to put it back on the hand. My tip is, find a hand yon want (most likely the light saber holding one) and just be done with it. That being said, I have owned a lot of SHF and NONE of them had this problem ever.
