I guess one animorphs-tier toy of "here's two forms that you can shift between" of similar designs might be doable, but any "here's Lamia and he can turn into all his forms" thing would be immensely difficult. Lamia's v slim and his forms are very bulky and varying. Maybe as a pretender..?
