That's how I bought it. I think the stall is ran by the guy's wife, while the guy goes to museums and gate guards to take measurements of the links on tanks. It's a "mom & pop" business that isn't an easy life at all.
Saw the guy once measuring "hush puppy" tracks on a Centurion in the military museum in Vienna.
