They later upped them to occasionally 7POA so characters could have swivel wrists when needed. Joe they tried it selectively with vehicle drivers and stated that it was a failure, so they phased those out when they did 50th. When they were transitioning to 50th they made some statements about it.
Now if that anon said, we were getting Galaxy of Adventure style figures I'd believe him. But not 5POA. The reason they did Galaxy of Adventure as a cartoony articulated line is, because they admitted that 5POA was a mistake for Star Wars. I'd buy into them doing something like those for War on Cobra.
