>>10752308As much hate as the “excuses” get, it really is because you can only go so thin before you’re just asking for factory defects and they overcompensated on the clearance for the face and hair. Boba is a tighter fit and works perfectly because he’s bald. That’s why Axe Wove’s helmet is stupid; because they needed a helmet with no dent and his hair made them think they needed to go taller. It sucks, especially when considering that the Boba helmet was perfectly proportioned.
What REALLY chaps my ass about Sabine’s helmet debacle is that “play factor” somehow warranted a brand new mold when a repaint of Bo’s helmet would’ve worked just as well as it did with Koska. I’d love to know the internal arguments this surely caused.
