>>7700910>>7700923>>7700926A reboot would be fine, I just need them to pay attention to play patterns. This is crucial for a micro playset line. The best Mighty Max playsets offered multiple levels, gimmicks, and traps that I had Max travel through like a sidescroller, narrowly avoiding danger. That actual chain in the Palace of Poison was a gamechanger--I can't tell you how many mummy attacks were narrowly escaped by Max sliding down that thing from the burial chamber. Other good gimmicks are also visible in the Cyclops set here--a removable cage (that stored underneath the eyeball monster when closed!), opening iron maiden, sliding dungeon trap door, the cyclops' horn becoming a staircase...when these playsets nailed it, they REALLY nailed it. They gave a kid who wasn't allowed to own videogames something to do for those long car rides.
One of my favorite gimmicks were removable elements that became rideable ships--this encouraged you to use the "airspace" outside of the playset as well, expanding your play area.
