If you want all the NECA turtles, there's the Arcade TMNT sets (TMNT and Shredder & Foot), but those are being slightly redone for the Turtles in Time figures coming out in November. There's also the 7" scale 90s Movie TMNT that has all the turtles (Con exclusive box set & single releases at Gamestop), and this SDCC just gave us a pack of 90s movie Shredder, two foot, and a battle damaged Splinter.
