I kinda missed it when it first came out, but do the biceps on the new unit 00 suck or it it just mine? I absolutely can't get the yellow and white parts flush with each other no matter what I do, and actually turning the arm makes it even worse. It feels like the peg should be popping into the arm, but there's a good couple millimeters of wiggle room in there. Kinda funny, because I got the RG kit over the RD when they first came out, and it had a similar problem, probably because of the same arm swapping gimmick.
