>>6048780I would have to get the figure in hand before really thinking of something, but probably a thin wooden dowel cut to fit into the hole where the cape peg would sit. you would just need to attach it to a piece of plastic or something the size of a toothpick to sit under the flaps, which can then attach the cape. Even taking some popsicle sticks and cutting them down to glue the fabric of the cape between, then drilling a hole through for the wooden peg and gluing together
