I wish this line had survived. From 2014, Giochi Preziosi's Atomicron. Basically, 6 different 'atomic' squads(Carbon, Uranium, Nitrogen, Xenon, Arsenic, and Iron) and their Anti-Matter repaints, each squad consisting of 7-8 different mini dudes and one big fucker. There were 2 playsets(Dark Fort and Pyramid), a handful of vehicles(One of which, Atomic Destroyer, is either a knockoff or a retool/re-engineer of an older toy), and some other cheap shit, but these guys are wonderfully detailed and fun to flick around.
