Blacktron: the first splinter group. Split off when the others disagreed about stuff like asteroid bombing alien planets. Into shady science, stealthy, the most technologically advanced group. Everybody else eventually got on board with the idea of treating rough aliens roughly, but they're still aloof and mysterious, operating out of hidden bases and so on.
M-Tron, Orangetron etc., just other factions doing their own things
Knighton Space Force: a faction crossing over from an alternate timeline, allied with Classic Space, tech transfers ongoing.
Aliens: there's a bunch, either friendly or mostly neutral.
And there's a bunch of just Space City sort of civillians.
