So you're technically correct. Yep, i am cherry picking by using examples that feature their low resolution sticker technique, instead of anime figures that don't.

Your example shows how they only use the low res sticker OVER regular paint apps as well, as highlights, instead of a replacement for real paint apps like Bandai does.
Again, Bandai is cutting corners by using it to replace needed tampographs/spray masks, hence bare colored plastic showing underneath. Whereas a children's toy company is spending that pretty nickel to layer paint apps.
Nevermind the fact Bandai seems to believe that the low resolution sticker is a good substitute for an actual sculpt.
