Here's something a little different from my usual fare: a Creator-style set with a critter theme. Same source as all the other stuff, they have a few more sets with different color themes but this was the only one with builds I liked. Indeed, I bought two of the kit so I could have both of the builds that appealed to me at once. Can't recollect off-hand if I've had anything from MWS before, though I applaud their efforts to "develop children's intelligence, fostering children's ability!". Parts quality is a little bit below the likes of Sluban or Decool: some parts don't connect tightly enough, other parts (the tile clip pieces notably) are a little too snug. The designs themselves are solid enough, compensating for the connectivity bugs. The aquatic critter on the left could've used a better design for its neck and its head feels a bit oversized but I find that aspect amusing. Hard to tell in the pics but the teeth pieces are actually translucent, haven't tested them but I wonder if they might glow in the dark.
I have a whole set of little dinosaur builds from another company on my to-do list, I'll get to them as time permits.
