What do you even mean? How new is 'new' to you? Because pretty much every year brings at least some double digits' worth of new parts. Depending on how long you've been out of it there could be any number of 'new' parts.
AFAIK there's no single large database dedicated solely to cataloging brick releases except for what I mentioned, with Bricklink being better because it's a site you can buy and sell stuff on.
