I'm only at the head stage right now but I'm getting results I'm mostly satisfied with so off to a good start.
Here's a pic of the internal construction of the head. Ideally I'd like to achieve a build that doesn't have that unsightly groove on the 1x1 tile and replace it with a 1x1 plate instead. That's why I asked about the pin/gun combination, I'm trying to work out how to invert that entire bottom assembly with the extremely limited amount of space that I have.
