I bought an item from eBay three months ago for a super cheap, almost scammer price. After it shipped the tracking froze in customs and it never arrived. I did a Mail Search, called the post office, and nobody could ever find it, so I had to do a Buyer's Protection claim and get a refund. This was weeks ago.
Then, all of the sudden, it randomly arrived today. I can't contact the seller through eBay anymore since they closed the case. The Post office said the item was insured but the seller had to make the claim, but I don't know if he can if the item was delivered, even if it was super late.
What the fuck do I do?
