It's time to armor up, everyone! Build a robot or vehicle that is physically built to be as defensive as possible. Some examples include:
>A robot with a heavy emphasis on shields, in quantity or size (Thunderbolt GM, GM Guard Type, etc)
>A robot with additional layer(s) of armor attached for added defense (Full Armor Gundams, NT-1 with Chobham Armor, Armored Valkyries, etc)
>A robot/vehicle with naturally thick armor in the first place (Gustav Karl, Mazingers, Ironclad Dreadnoughts, etc.)
>A robot/vehicle with various traditional armor types attached to it (Slat armor, Reactive armor, Improvised armor, etc)
You can have your standard array of armaments too, but the defensive aspect of the build is what's most important here.
