I do like what I've gotten, but joint tolerance issues and the experience with ordering from their site has put me way off. The two times I ordered, I never got a shipping notice, had to email them the second time when it took over a week for my item to get to me. Two months after that I randomly get an email saying my order was complete. And whoever is sculpting the expressive heads needs to just stop.
