Generations is... Terrible. It was trying to go for a halo esque futuristic helicopter, but his "wings" are just a jumbled, unrecognizable mess.
Really, the only highlight here is how buttery smooth the rotor is, and how well the giant canon integrates into the underside of the cockpit.
Siege, however, has it's own set if issues. It's incredibly bulky for a helicopter, despite being nearly the same width and length as generations. But the saving grace of this mode is the tail. A clever transformation leaves springer with a legitimate tail, one that's lithe and looks intentionally designed. His weapons also lock in place on his underside, albeit less aesthetically.
So, I'd say siege barely wins in copter, generations barely wins in car mode, but robot is a solid siege win, and while accessories are a solid generations win, it's a relatively small part so it's not enough to beat siege on the whole.
