The combaticons, being such a variety of alt-modes,mostly military based, make them a model Decepticon team.When I was younger and more into creating my stories I explained the Universe Ruinations as that; the Autobots/MAximals stumbled upon a Decepticon plot to mass produce Bruticus and set up those teams around the world.
