Upon playing with my Lightning Collection Tommy I have found him to be quite superb - minus a few quality control issues. I have a locked up foot, a slightly bowed leg/knee, and a floppy torso. I really like all of the accessories (minus the special effect, I think Tommy got the worst of the bunch) and the lack of roid-muscles. Overall, it feels more like a $35 figure than a $20 figure - so I call it a win.
