So I sold a guy an item. Tracking and everything. Buyer is in the USA. Item shipped out, and a week or so arrives and is said to be delivered. The next day the guy opens a case saying "Yeah I understand it says it's Delivered, but I never received the item"
Do you think Ebay will side with this guy even with all the evidence that shows that it was delivered? Is this a new wrinkle that faggots who want to get items for free can now use even with proof of shipping and delivery?
