Over the past 30 years, cool colors like "copper" or "avocado" were almost completely dumped in favor of boring silver, white, or black. I do a lot of commuting and I'm totally stoked by the increasing number of copper and avocado cars I've seen lately.

I've owned so many 20+ year old carbureted landbarges, and they all could get an average of 25-28 mpg highway as long as you were light on the pedal. Modern cars are weighed down so much by useless tech and miles of wiring and computers all for the sake of inflating the price that they can't even reliably break 30 mpg. It's all part of the big oil grift. They are purposefully depriving you of gas efficient cars.
