>>5834478Sorry for the wall of text, but you ask very simple questions which have complicated answers.
I guess any reasonable person would question my priorities. The first thing is that these dolls are not just high end collector items or status symbols to me. I can barely afford them actually. So why buy them ? Didn't grow up with family or friends which makes my bond with these characters even stronger since they are the ones I spent most of my time with growing up. It's because of watching their films that I learned how to speak Greek, English, Spanish, and many different languages. They literally taught me how to speak. What I'm really buying are highly detailed representations of family members I'll never get to meet in real life. It's as close to having these characters in my life as I can get. You may ask if I'm fucking Crazy ? Well, I guess we are all a little crazy in one way or another. You can imagine how having a rude manger who doesn't care in charge of the distribution of characters who for the most part raised me would make me feel repulsed. If I didn't have such a strong emotional attachment to them I wouldn't have gone thru the the trouble I did today.
A part of me tells me to just let what this manager did go, but when something bugs me it's best to get it out of my system or the memories of those events will haunt me for years after those employees no longer even work at the store. Now how to let her know without causing a scene or coming off as peculiar is the million dollar question.
