>>9221775Not sure if this counts, but Punisher has gone toe to toe with super heroes. Usually he is able beat them enough to get away and continue doing his own thing, until somewhere in the middle of the story that they meet again, fight, but team up.
Also, do Batroc and Tarantula count as super villains?
