I think if DC gave the DC collector license back to Mattel at this point and mandated them to use the Masterverse house style, it would be better than what McFarlane is putting out now. I say this as someone who has quite a lot of McFarlanes. Plus it's 7in so it wouldn't totally break from McFarlanes. But a lot of the weirdness, more baffling and lazy choices, poor reuse of pieces that do not fit the character, etc. would be avoided.
