I'll be honest here, it's a bit of an odd set but has its strengths.
It's a large vehicle, it has a lab, it has two cockpit sections that come together to form a smaller rover and they can also sort of be made into individual ships.
Now is the ship design great? No. But is it fun and would you have fun with it as a kid? Yes.
One of the really great features of the set is that it comes with 4 astronauts, missing just an original blue for the entire CS crew to be complete. They do get a decent little droid though.
Overall I like the set, it uses my preferred CS color scheme and doesn't really shy away from being odd and doing things outside the box.
So if you want to get into Classic Space and want to try a fun set - try this one. It might not be an iconic set and there are definitely other sets you should get first if you plan on collecting, but if you just want a somewhat odd but fun CS set you should give this one a chance.
