>>10689698That's also something I've noticed among build a bears. It's gotten more common where they cheap out on soft fabric by covering up a bunch of the plush with "underwear". Look at this egregious example. Over half of what you'd actually hug and pet is completely covered by unsoft fabric which negates the whole purpose of having something soft to pet and hug. Although in this case I wonder how much of it was Disney's decision and how much of it was build a bear's
